Apartment Water Damage from Attic

This flooded apartment in Hernando, MS was the result of a pipe bursting in the attic causing multiple units to be affected in the apartment complex. There was extensive damage to the ceilings and floors in many of the apartment units. When a water damage happens in an apartment complex, it usually affects more than one unit, especially when the water damage happens in the attic. The property manager was able to start extracting water with a shop vac when the water damage happened, but there was still lots of work for SERVPRO of DeSoto, Tate, and Tunica Counties to do when we arrived at the loss. They were definitely glad to see us!
