Commercial Drain Overflow

This senior living facility had a drain back up in one of the living units. The backup of water ultimately affected several rooms and the floor below. The water loss caused ceiling tiles to collapse and carpeting to get saturated. Due to our quick response we are able to get on-site and start making the area dry and safe again for residents to walk freely without any hazards in the hallways. With water losses our goal is to save and building materials, not replace. In this instance, after proper drying we were able to save the carpet and avoid costly replacement.
