Cabinet Removed Due to Mold
In this set of photos, the before photo shows this kitchen was affected by both water and mold damage. In order to properly remedy the issues our crews had to remove the lower portion of drywall, the cabinets, and also some of the flooring as shown in the after photo above. This aids in the drying process and allows for proper remediation of the mold damaged walls. In this case, everything including the kitchen sink had to be removed! The damage in this home was quite extensive, even traveling into adjoining rooms. It’s always best to have an issue checked out to make sure it’s not going to become a major problem.
